Ivan Perisic wants to leave Inter at the end of the season, according to Calciomercato, via Football Italia.
The 27-year-old only joined Inter from Wolfsburg in 2015 but has asked his agent to begin looking for a new club to move to next summer.
Perisic reportedly has a strained relationship with new manager Frank de Boer and has ambitions to play in the Champions League.
No Inter player has registered more assists in Serie A since the start of last season than Perisic (6).
