Aston Villa have announced the arrival of Nottingham Forest ace Matty Cash for £14m rising to £16m.
Cash has put pen to paper on a five-year deal running until the summer of 2025 and is Villa's first signing of the summer.
The 23-year-old has emerged as one of the most sought after talents in the Championship this summer and has finally secured a Premier League move.
Sheffield United had several bids knocked back for Cash earlier in the summer before Villa finally matched Forest's asking price.

The Blades have now missed out on first-choice targets at both right-back and left-back after watching Fulham win the race for ex-Wigan full-back Antonee Robinson last month.
While Cash is primarily a right-back, the youngster can also play further forward and may well start as a winger for Villa to begin with due to his attacking nature.
Cash played a direct hand in eight league goals for Forest last season and finished the campaign as the best performer in the division from performances at full-back alone (7.27).
