Manchester United are interested in signing Sevilla defender Clement Lenglet but could face competition from Barcelona, claims The Sun.
Jose Mourinho will sign a new centre-back for the third summer in a row at the end of the season and United have already been linked with a move for Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti.
The France international is currently in the middle of contract talks with Barcelona, who are desperate to remove his €60m release clause.
United are now weighing up a move for Lenglet but could face competition from Barcelona for his signature.
Lenglet only joined Sevilla in January 2017 but is already being heavily linked with a summer move away after really impressing for the Spanish side this term.
The 22-year-old has started 28 league games for Sevilla this season and has even weighed in with three goals from the back.
Furthermore, no La Liga defender has won the WhoScored Man of the Match award more times than Lenglet (3).
