Chelsea and Manchester City have stepped up their interest in Ajax striker Kasper Dolberg and will have scouts watching his Denmark debut on Friday, reports The Daily Mail.
Dolberg, 19, has been a revelation for the Dutch giants this season after joining from Silkeborg IF in 2015 and his performances have caught the attention of a number of Premier League clubs already.
Manchester United have reportedly already kept tabs on the teenager, who has done an amazing job to fill the void left by Arkadiusz Milik this season.
However, Chelsea and City are also sniffing around for the Ajax frontman and will have scouts in attendance for when Denmark host Kazakhstan on Friday, in which Dolberg is expected to make his senior debut.
The teenage sensation, who was spotted by the same scout that found Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Christian Eriksen, only signed a new long-term deal in May keeping him at Ajax until 2021.
Only Davy Klaassen (7) has score more league goals for Ajax this season than Dolberg (5), who has found the back of the net from just 13 shots on target.
