Everton want £15m deal for relegated Bournemouth forward

Everton have identified Bournemouth forward Joshua King as a potential transfer target in a £15m deal, claims The Sun.

Bournemouth have already lost manager Eddie Howe and are bracing themselves for offers for some of their top players after being relegated from the Premier League.

Callum Wilson and David Brooks are already being linked with cut-price moves back to the Premier League and now Everton are looking to prise King away from Dean Court.

Carlo Ancelotti is depserate to bolster his midfield options and believes King would be a solid addition to his current wingers.

King, who can also play centrally, came close to re-signing for Manchester United in January before the Red Devils pulled out of talks and signed former Watford striker Odion Ighalo on loan.

The 28-year-old finished the 2019/20 campaign with just six goals in the Premier League, his lowest return in a Premier League campaign since 2015/16 (also six).
