PSG offer Blanc new long-term deal

Paris Saint-Germain have offered manager Laurent Blanc a new three-year deal, according to Le Parisien.

The 50-year-old’s current deal is set to expire at the end of the season and had looked unlikely the former Manchester United defender would be kept on.

However, PSG will reportedly table a new offer to keep Blanc tied down until 2019 and are confident of completing the deal before the turn of the year.

The Parisien outfit have already opened up a 10-point lead at the top of Ligue 1 and are currently on the longest unbeaten run of any team across Europe’s top five leagues (13) and are one of just two teams yet to taste defeat on the domestic front.
