Former Manchester United flop open to shock Premier League return

Angel Di Maria will quit Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season and is open to a surprise Premier League return, claims The Daily Mirror.

The Argentina international endured a turbulent 12-month spell at Manchester United during the 2014/15 campaign before joining PSG.

United made Di Maria a British-club transfer record at the time but the 30-year-old never settled in Manchester.

Nevertheless, Di Maria is open to returning to the Premier League next summer when he hopes to leave PSG.

Di Maria has dropped out of favour since the start of last season following the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
