United only willing to sell Fellaini permanently

Manchester United are willing to listen to January offers for Marouane Fellaini but will not allow the midfielder to leave on loan, reports The Daily Mail.

Fellaini, 29, has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford in recent days after costing his side all three points at the weekend when gifting former club Everton a penalty minutes after coming on.

The Belgium international has not been a fan favourite since joining for £27.5m in 2013 and his exit would be welcomed by most, with West Ham emerging as keen admirers of the controversial midfielder in recent days as Slaven Bilic looks to add a physical presence to his team in the January transfer window.

West Ham are reportedly looking to offer Fellaini with a temporary move away from United until the end of the season, but Jose Mourinho’s side are only looking to offload the Belgian on a permanent basis.

In the last eight Premier League campaigns Fellaini has committed at least 40 more fouls than any other player (428).
