Norwich have warned Aston Villa it will take a bid of £40m to sign Todd Cantwell this summer, claims The Sun.
Villa are trying to convince captain Jack Grealish to snub Manchester City and pledge his long-term future to the club.
Grealish returned to training with Villa on Sunday but is said to be still undecided on his future amid City's offer of £100m.
Dean Smith's side have already signed Emiliano Buendia from Norwich and are reportedly keeping tabs on Cantwell if Grealish decides to pack his bags.

Villa are on the verge of signing Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey in a £30m deal but will have to pay even more than that if they want to prise Cantwell from their Premier League rivals.
Cantwell, who has previously been linked with a move to Liverpool, decided against leaving Norwich 12 months ago to help them get promoted back to the Premier League.
The England Under-21 international played an integral part in their Championship-winning campaign last term and Norwich have slapped a £40m price tag on his head.
Cantwell, 23 played a direct hand in 12 goals in the Championship last season (six goals, six assists) and was fouled the third most times per game in the division (2.7).
