Real Madrid are monitoring the progress of Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno, according to Marca.
Moreno, 23, was signed from Sevilla by Brendan Rodgers in August 2014 but failed to establish a first-team place at Liverpool, although that is now starting to chance under Jurgen Klopp.
However, they could face a fight to keep the Spanish full-back with Madrid reportedly on the market for a new left-back with Marcelo currently out injured and Alvaro Arbeloa and Danilo not fulfilling the standards expected on their unflavoured left side.
Despite being regarded as a greater threat utilising his speed going forward, only three players are averaging more tackles per game than Moreno for Liverpool in the Premier League this season (2.8).
