Manchester City outcast Yaya Toure is still keen on signing a new deal at the club despite being dropped from their Champions League squad, reports The Daily Mail.
Toure, 33, has 12 months left to run on his existing deal and is yet to feature under Pep Guardiola this season in the Premier League after dropping down the pecking order.
The Ivory Coast international seemingly has no future at City but is determined to prove himself over the next year in order to secure another deal with the club.
Only Sergio Aguero (131) and David Silva (93) has played a direct hand in more league goals for City in the last seven campaigns than Toure (87).
