Arnautovic wanted by new Inter boss Conte

West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic is wanted by former club Inter, claims The Sun.

Arnautovic’s future at West Ham is uncertain despite signing a new contract earlier this year.

The Austria international wanted to leave the Hammers to secure a lucrative move to China in January and has also been linked with a move to Manchester United in the last 12 months.

Arnautovic failed to break into the Inter first-team during a loan stint at the club under manager Jose Mourinho in 2009/10.

Antonio Conte has been assured money will be made available to spend this summer after Inter secured Champions League football for next season.

Conte’s top transfer target is United striker Romelu Lukaku and the former Chelsea boss wants Arnautovic to partner up front with the Belgian.

Arnautovic has scored at least 10 league goals in three of his last four Premier League campaigns, playing a direct hand in 59 goals in that time (38 goals, 21 assists).
