Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs insists the Bundesliga side will not sell Luiz Gustavo this summer.
Gustavo, 28, has courted interest from Juventus and Inter in recent weeks as both teams look to add steel to the heart of their midfield.
However, the Wolfsburg chief has called Gustavo someone he can count on and has issued hands off warning to their European rivals.
“I can count on him very clearly,” Allofs told Sky Germany, via Get German Football.
In the last three Bundesliga campaigns only Daniel Baier (317) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (279) won possession in the midfield third more times than Luiz Gustavo (260).
