Sevilla have announced that they have come to an agreement with Yevhen Konoplyanka over a possible move to the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.
The La Liga side must now thrash out a deal with former club Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk before the winger can put pen to paper, pending a medical.
Konoplyanka played a key role in Dnipro's progression to this season's Europa League final, only to fall at the last hurdle 3-2 incidentally, to Sevilla.
"Sevilla have reached an agreement with the player, in the absence of a medical and closing a deal with Dnipro," a statement read on the club's official website.
The 25-year-old completed more successful dribbles (35) than any other player in Europe's second competition last term and such form had seen him linked with a move to Liverpool, Stoke City, Newcastle United and Atletico Madrid.
