Liverpool fighting Serie A giants for Ben Arfa signature

 

Liverpool and AC Milan are wrestling for the signature for out-of-contract Nice star Hatem Ben Arfa, according to RMC, via Football Italia.

 

Ben Arfa, 29, has been on the best players in Ligue 1 this season but he is entering the final few months of his current deal at Nice and is expected to go move to a bigger club in the summer.

 

The France international has reinvigorated his career following several years of stagnation at Newcastle and his performances have perked the interests of two of Europe’s most successful clubs.

 

His torturous experience at Newcastle could put Ben Arfa off from returning to the Premier League, which could give Milan the edge in their pursuit of the Frenchman.

Ben Arfa has played a direct hand in 20 league goals for Nice this season (16 goals, four assists) and no player has completed more dribbles than the Nice star in Ligue 1 this season (123).
