Juventus head coach signs contract extension

Juventus have announced Max Allegri has signed a new two-year contract extension keeping him at the club until 2018.

Allegri, 48, has led Juventus to back-to-back Serie A titles since replacing Antonio Conte in 2014 but he had been linked with the Chelsea and Real Madrid post.

However, the Italian has ignored any interest from those clubs and commitment his future by a further year to the Serie A giants.
