Martial faces fight for Manchester United future

Anthony Martial is fighting for his Manchester United future under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after being blasted for his bad attitude, claims The Daily Mail.

Martial was left out of the United squad that drew 1-1 with relegated Huddersfield on Saturday, though he was officially ruled out through injury.

The France international’s form has declined massively since penning a new long-term deal with United back in January.

Martial’s lamentable warm-up prior to United’s draw with Chelsea earlier this month went viral and Solskjaer ripped into the 23-year-old.

Given there are question marks surrounding the futures of a number of United players this summer, it’s unlikely Martial will be sold at the end of the season.

However, the United No.11 will need to make drastic changes to his application if he wants to remain in Solskjaer’s first-team thoughts next term.

Martial has scored 10 league goals in a single season for the first time since his maiden campaign for the club, though he has scored just twice in 12 matches in all competitions since signing a new deal.
