Napoli front pair lead the way in Serie A best XI

 

It’s an all Napoli front pair in the Serie A team of the month in a November that saw them pick up seven points from an available nine. Only Inter (9) and Atalanta (8) scored more goals than Napoli (7) in November as Carlo Ancelotti’s side maintained their pursuit to run Juventus all the way in Italy’s top tier this term.

Sandro, meanwhile, continued to show just why he is considered one of the finest left-backs on the continent, with the Brazilian’s performance against AC Milan landing him the man of the match award. Cristiano Ronaldo (7.95) rounds off the Juventus contingent as he had a direct hand in each of his three league outings in November.

Joao Mario (7.94) has exceeded expectations following his return to the first team fold as he put in a man of the match performance against Genoa, while Roberto Gagliardini (7.58) showcased his talent in his three appearances last month, which included a brace in the aforementioned with over Genoa. Matteo Politano (7.86) rounds off the XI after he had a direct hand in two goals in three appearances for Inter as he returned nine key passes and five successful dribbles.
