Borussia Dortmund reject Chelsea's opening offer for Haaland
Borussia Dortmund have turned down Chelsea's opening proposal for Erling Haaland and are adamant he will not leave this summer, reports Sky in Germany.
Chelsea have earmarked Haaland as their top transfer target as Thomas Tuchel desperately looks to add firepower to his attack for next season.
Jorginho finished as Chelsea's top goalscorer in the Premier League last season and all seven of his goals were penalties.
Dortmund have reiterated Haaland is not for sale throughout the summer but Chelsea are determined to test their resolve.
The Bundesliga outfit would reportedly consider Haaland's departure if they were offered £170m this summer but Chelsea know he has a release clause of round £70m next year.

Chelsea are hopeful Dortmund would settle for somewhere between £70m and £170m but their opening offer has been rejected.
Tuchel's side are willing to include one of Tammy Abraham or Callum Hudson-Odoi as a makeweight, on top of a serious cash offer.
Haaland, 20, has scored 40 goals in 43 Bundesliga appearances for Dortmund and finished last season as the top scorer in the Champions League (10 goals).
