Inter eye Roma ace

Inter are interested in signing Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan this summer, claims Gianluca Di Marzio.

Luciano Spalletti’s side have opted against making Rafinha’s stay at the club permanent and will instead use the transfer market to sign a quality midfielder.

Inter have already been linked with a move to Mousa Dembele but are baulking at Tottenham’s reported £30m valuation.

The Serie A giants are now considering a surprise move for Nainggolan, but are yet to enter negotiations with Roma for the dynamic midfielder.

Roma are ready to sell Nainggolan this summer but it remains to be seen if they are willing to strengthen a direct rival.

Their preference is to sell the 30-year-old to China, but Inter are hopeful of pulling off a deal for the former Belgium international.

Nainggolan has spent the last four years at Roma and developed into a fan favourite during that time.

In the last two Serie A campaigns, Nainggolan has completed the most accurate through balls (18).
